Luther is a very dedicated trainer that truly cares about our fitness progress. His classes are thoughtfully planned beforehand which include a variety of exercises to target different parts of the body, making it a very well-rounded exercise routine. It’s ok if you’re a beginner at exercising too because he puts in the extra effort to check in on every student during classes and is attentive to our forms. Highly recommended trainer! Also be prepared to feel soreness all over your body (which is a good thing because this proves that his workout works 🤪)
